Again, it depends on what sort of connection you feel with that person.
Go to askbenny as well and it really helps to listen to it once in a while, alongside Chinesepod. He teaches you vocab you haven't already seen and helps you structure sentences in a funny way. He has many expressions to do with that and maybe it will help you! If you have a youtube account you can ask Benny on there and he replies almost automatically, with helpful phrases and detailed answers.

Well, have you done compliments already? Try saying "You are very pretty!" Which is.."Ni hen piaoliang"..or say other things to that extent!
You can go to www.youtube.com and type in askbenny in the search critieria. It's a weekly online podcast that teaches you lots of expressions. There are a lot of podcast on there to do with love and relationships. Remember everyone: askbenny on youtube!
