January 5, 2008 at 8:52 PMnihao. All refreshed and back to the grind after Christmas? Cant say I'm surprised we didnt get all our questions answered in this series. But so you know Xiaohu, John Pasden just told me the next series will involve alot more violence, vulgarities, blood and death. Probably. p.s. Its possible I may not have talked to John Pasden.

December 19, 2007 at 6:40 AM男人希望结婚以后妻子不会改变, 她肯定会变。 女人希望结婚以后丈夫会改变 他肯定不会变。 im not going to give you a list of words for Prostitutes! If you happen to need such a woman in England but cant express it then just use sign language.

December 19, 2007 at 3:36 AMChangye Thanks for the latest Prositute titbit. You men! Hooters on the brain! In British English a person who stays up all night is often called a "student" or maybe " stoner". I also heard "lazy drunk dole waster".

December 18, 2007 at 6:42 AMI think its fair to see being Tough, rough and buff arent the words people would generally use to describe a Shanghai man. ...Weedy and needy spring to mind... Although...my male manager knows how to scare the ***** out of me!

December 18, 2007 at 5:11 AMI asked my Chinese friend how to say presentation in Chinese last week...she didnt know and said it was ok to say "presentation". I complained she wasnt thinking hard enough... I have already apologsed. If Chinesepod dont know it prob aint worth knowing. Anyway Im just surprised John didnt go off on one about Prostitutes again this lesson...Although I did hear he wore a dominatrix outfit (not Amber) in recording. Howsabout Chinesepod stops changing the file names of each podcast so that when they are in my Ipod they are all nicely together and not, as they are now, in loadsa different random named files like "show, chinesepod.com, Chinesepod, Learn mandarin Chinese". Its the little things that matter
