You, know it's a funny thing, but in my country, in Latvia, we actually drink milk that has gone sour.But you can make it ONLY from the natural milk, bought from farmers, not the "milk product" from the shop ..coz that one only rots and is useless after a while. You can even buy a ready "sour milk", it's very nice, like natural yogurt.We use it also in cold vegetable soups, my favourite ones!:))
