April 20, 2008 at 9:41 AMHI！ studentcase！I'd like to tell you we Chinese use the same keyboard as you! On any common keyboard,you can type in both trational characters and simplified ones! The key is that you have to download a special software for typing Chinese characters. Never mind on English typing while you doing Chinese characters. The function can be turned freely. You have to find a Chinese people to help you.

For example,作家，音乐家，教育家 and so on. 家 means the person with the title must be very perfect in that field and be known every well by public. Therfore, it is a high honour which can't be used to introuce oneself. If he has to introuce his job, he can use" ---人" or " ----工作者". For example, 自由撰稿人zi4you2 zhuan4gao3ren2（not 作家），音乐人yin1yue4ren2（not 音乐家），教育工作者jiao4yu4 gong1zuo4zhe3（not 教育家）.

April 26, 2008 at 2:50 AMHI,let me talk about toilet. In China,all that places can be called 厕所，but not all of 厕所 can be called 洗手间. All 洗手间 must be equipped facilities of washing hands. 厕所 mustn't be so. No one uses 洗澡间。We call that 浴室（yu4shi4) or 淋浴间（lin2yu4jian1) if is indoors. If is not in home but a commercial business, is usually called 澡堂（zao3tang2）or 洗浴中心（xi3yu4 zhong1xin1). Surely,the latter is more high-level than the former.
