我觉得上火这个概念对于外国人来说实在是太难理解了。
即使是中国人,对于上火其实也有很多误解。
一直以来我都觉得我的体质很容易上火,很容易生“口腔溃疡”,所以我一直都吃寒性的东西。
后来我看了中医书,知道了就是因为吃了太多寒性的东西,所以体质很寒,血液循环差,一旦吃热性的东西,身体就会受不了,就会出现上火的症状。
要改善上火,并非再去吃寒性的东西,那等于“雪上加霜”。而是应该是一些温性的东西,慢慢把寒性体质纠正过来,这样再吃热性的东西也不会上火了。
典型的温性的滋补的东西是枸杞、红枣、芝麻
我现在不像以前那样容易上火了。不过我不知道这样的养身理念是否适合西方人的体质。
