Man, it's really weird. I don't know what this is, but I feel that I recognize it just from the background noise and music. Dave you really cracked me up when you let out the rage! "You call me intellectually angry and I will THROW you through that window." Definitely an Oscar worthy performance. You had me on the edge of my seat.

The background music had me confused as well because I didn't remember it. Usually the music is a huge clue for me but this time it almost led me astray until I listened carefully to the dialogue. And as always, Dave's taste is impeccable. :-) I would love to discuss the meaning of this scene more in detail but until the answer has been revealed it's probably better not to...

I loved this MM. I have no idea which movie it is, but the discussion was grand. The vocab terrific. I totally get Dave's intelligent humor, haha...raising pigeons vs. raising boxes! Hilarious! Getting revenge vx. getting a salary! Hahaha...Or is it intelligent anger? Ha!

Surprised a couple of you are having trouble... I thought this one was a dead giveaway, but that might just come from having seen it a couple of times. @bb.jt: they tacked the Hemingway quote on to make a it "feel good" ending? That's hilarious, and about as effective as sticking a song-and-dance number at the end of Silence of the Lambs. The audience I saw it with walked out in stunned silence. @lunetta - looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

I don't think he meant a "feel good" ending so much as one that felt like a conclusion. I don't know exactly what they had originally, but I'm guessing test audiences found the ending abrupt, so they felt they had to amend it.
