<p>I used to sometimes joke with my Chinese friends after refusing something because they've 上火-ed by saying, 那你就下火吧! :) It either gets a good laugh, or a long-winded explanation of 中医.You've been warned! (personally, I'm actually quite interested in it)</p>]]></description>

<p>We like enoki muchrooms, quail eggs, lettuce, and prime snowflake beef with very spicy cooking soup. Ordering without a translator is a great exercise. We also cook hot pot at home now (including last night). Im sure I must have a chronic case of 上火。 So be it.</p>
<p>&nbsp;Perhaps Chinese beer is the antidote. Seems to work for me :-)</p>]]></description>
