Poems seem like they'd be a lot easier to write in Mandarin. Think of all the words that rhyme with 'shu': lu, chu, du, fu, bu, su, poo... oh wait a minute, that's English. Listen to this podcast on Chinese poetry and get inspired. And feel free to post your own poems in the comments section.
