This direction indicator seems to be located close to 贵州铜仁地区 (gui zhou, tong ren district). If so, as far as I can see, some arrows show (completely) wrong direction and distance. You can easily find them with the help of the online map below. Just click on it. Enjoy Chinese map!

You have a sharp eye. I overlooked the name “原始人pub”. I’ve just found this photo. 湖南凤凰县 is about 50km far from 贵州铜仁地区.

The photo was taken by one of my flickr contacts, that how I know. ;)
I had supper at my favorite restaurant this evening, where there is a pretty waitress from 湖南省. I asked her if she knew 凤凰县, and she readily told me that it's a very famous sightseeing area in the province. Thank you very much for a nice topic of conversation with a young Chinese girl, hehe.
I don't think I ever saw a lu pai like this. Thanks for sharing it with us.
