General Discussion - is there anyone who are using a electronic dictionary called NC200?

i have just saw the device on the web. It's said that it has handwriting , pinyin courses, charactor courses on HSK, chn-eng dictionary and also has Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish, and Russian.I don't know if that is ture? are there anyone who has used that device?
