It's like insisting on wrecking the present car and driving the new car even before some important dash board features can be completed.

Catherine, kudos to you for listening and responding to poddies comments in a forthright manner. After experiencing Cpod's silence or sparodic responses in the past to issues raised by users, it is a breath of fresh air to have a manager squarely tackling them. Of course not all of the concerns and issues can be or should be resolved by you, but just by having them receive Cpod's responses is the essence of public relations. When the users overall experiences are joyful, the Community is flourishing, and Cpod's purse is over flowing with new and renewal subscriptions, hopefully Hank will remember your efforts.

Sweet! I guess this means I don't have to wrap my head around it.

I would like to complain about people who complain about complainers!

Thank goodness for all the complainers among us!
Don't mean to encourage attitude or anything here, but "complainers", even those people making good points and bringing a badly-needed perspective (without being rude) are made to feel like such heels here sometimes.

June 09, 2010 at 05:57 AMWe have decided not to get rid of the Posts tab in the Conversations section on the website. Users will be able to review their old posts from there, and will be able to post from Posts or the Dashboard, according to what is easiest or most convenient for them.
