getting all old lessons in itunes

Is there a quick and easy way to get every single CPod lesson in itunes? Currently, despite clicking on "get all" I only have 404 in itunes even though I have 778 showing as active in my archive [ I guess this is because I changed to windows 7 part way through since joining and itunes only receives the latest feed], and obviously we are now up to lesson 1549 not counting some extra channels. Do I have to manually go back and click on every single old lesson to bookmark them? I'd also like all the lessons I've studied to be fed into itunes as I think it's high time I started some reviewing. But I don't want to bookmark them only to find they've lost their status as studied, and muck up my lesson management. I've worked out how to organise them into playlists and smart playlists but I want to get them all in there first Any help will be much appreciated.
