If someone replies to me here at CPod, can I say 谢谢你的留言?  I never feel confident to say this.

Yes, you can totally say that.

A good way of judging these things on your own (and one that I use all the time when some phrase pops into my head, but I'm not sure where it came from) is Google. In this case, "谢谢你的留言" (with the quotes) returns about 10 million hits, which qualifies as "totally usable" in my book.

Thanks. Yeah, I often do that. I'm not sure why I didn't in this instance.

Yes, "谢谢你的回复" is better.

That said, I personally prefer "谢谢你的回复"

38,000,000 hits. I think we have a winner. I never noticed till now that google Chinese puts the comma at the 千 mark instead of the 万 mark. It seems to me that Chinese always put the comma there. Must be trying to be international. Anyway...
