Account problems

April 23, 2007, 06:57 PM posted in General DiscussionHi, I can't figure out where to send my account problem to. Anyway, I purhcased a 6 month subscription on April 13th 2007, and it is not reflected in my account info, I cannot download PDFs or anything.
Here is the confirmation info from paypal:

My account info page says valid to 2006-08-05, which is around the time I created the demo account probably.
