word order

Hi Helen, in the Review of "My boss isn´t satisfied with my work" there is one sentence "xue2sheng yin1gai1 nü3li4 xue2xi" and one "Wang2 xiao3jie2 gong1zuo3 nü2l4"...why is there a different word order?

why is sometimes "xue2xi" and sometimes just "xue2" being used?

we talked about the difference between "hui4lai2" and "lai"...I thought huilai is just being used when it means come back. In one of the excercises it is being used as "when will he come/arrive?"
