'a call for innovation'

Why do you think Chinese people always say their work 没什么创 意? Is it a result of the education system (emphasis on education), work ethic (the idea that if you work hard, you can achive anything. And if you didn't succeed, you didn't work hard enough), or Chinese humility (as in, my work isn't that great or creative)?

I think it's because of the education system.
