Why are the no male chinese teachers at ChinesePod?

Why are the no male chinese teachers at ChinesePod?  While I absolutely love my teacher and look forward to speaking with her every day, I still wonder why there are no male teachers on staff.  I think it would be wonderful to diversify a bit.
