yeah, well that's what Jenny seamed to be using for it in the latest Advanced lesson,hey?..so perhaps that's what Chinese use for it, but it translates more directly as New Years plan. A more accurate translation I would have thought is 新年的决议。。。it gets 451,000 hits on google, whereas "新年的计划" only gets 292,000 hits but this increases to 1,820,000 if you omit the 的, whereas for 新年的决议, omitting the 的 actually drops the hits to 15,000.
