problems

I am getting frustrated at the slow reaction time to my questions and the even slower response time to problems

It took a week to answer my question about the problems that affect the exercise portion of the website

I was told it would be fixed soon and a month has gone by.

When will they fix the sentence order or the dictation part of the exercises

I am starting to think i should get a discount due to the fact that I am not able to use all of the features due to a bug which seems to be unresolved for over a month.

When will it be fixed?

hanks,

I sincerely apologize for the problem and your frustration. It's in our bug list. However, it's still in the pipeline. We will bring this up in the UX meeting next week and if it's a quick fix, we will make sure it gets done fast.

Thank you for your patience and support!

The promise to fix the problem was made in April and still no resolution

When can I expect to be able to use all of the functions that I paid to use like the dictation which I use frequently to test my comprehension

Hi Hanks,

The rearranging sentences bug was fixed a few weeks ago. If you're still having trouble, please clear your cache and reload the page (this will ensure that you're reloading the Javascript). Please make sure that the page has fully loaded before starting the exercises.

Best,

JC

Hi JC

Yes I see that is ok but not the more useful and important dictation.

I have cleared my cache but some the vocab and grammar do not respond when clicked on. You did not address the issue of buggy or non-functioning sound from the dictation and some of the dialog and vocab.

Even this latest Int lesson on Word has the same problems

Check it out and see for yourself and let me know if you have the same problems when trying to use the dictation and the last dozen word in Vocab as well as some of the dialog listening
