Why won't itunes download my lessons?

Seriously, I don't understand why the lessons I am subscribed to won't download into itunes. I have tried everything I know. I have copied and pasted the url into the subscribe to lessons so many times and nothing happens. I have bookmarked lessons; nothing happens. I have contacted help and posted questions. The "helper" says we show that you are getting the lessons. Since they are not downloading into itunes, I would say I am not getting the lessons.

This is so maddening!!!!

Could someone help me with the same problem, and perhaps share the solution for others who may have the same issue now or in the future?

Please open iTunes and delete your current podcast feed.

Then, log out of chinesepod.com and log back in. Once you've logged back in, please copy the RSS address found in your subscription settings.

In iTunes, open the "Advanced" menu and choose "Subscribe to Podcast". Then, paste that RSS address there.

Once you've done that, click on the podcast feed that is now in your iTunes library. Then, click on "Settings" in the lower left-hand corner. Please be sure that you are set to check for updates daily, and adjust the download settings to your own preferences. Save your settings, and then click "Refresh" in the lower right-hand corner. The lessons in your feed should now be the same as those on your "Self-Study" list.

Also be sure that you're sorting your podcasts with the most recent release date at the top of the list.
