Is there a difference between 卷舌音 and 翘舌音 ? Are they the exact same ?

翘舌音 is qiào shé yīn.

...and also, is 翘舌音 pronounced qiáo shé yīn or qiào shé yīn?

Some dictionaries have one pronunciation, other dictionaries have the other pronunciation
