Help with technical problem

对不起 for bothering you yet again but I am having problems with the voice component of the lessons. Not so much in the Dialogue part, but in the expansion and exercises. It works for a while but then stops working. I do wait – and re-click etc – but nothing happens. I use the latest version of Explorer as my browser – is this likely to be the problem?
