What is Chinese for the people working for him/her?  In USA we might say 'direct reports' or sometimes informally 'team'.

部下,下级,手下,下属,属下, 手下的人? Usage differs based on cirmcustance, and who is addressing who (best soaked up through exposure). Btw, for this kind of office/business vocab, I highly recommend watching the new 杜拉拉 adaptation (the old one was a cheesy soap opera, best avoided, but this new one seems better). It is divided into 12 minute web episodes, so great if you only have a few minutes, and they are filming releasing at the same time, so more on the way.

Btw, above word list is just everywhthing that came to mind...some might be more or less appropriate, andi may be missing the best ones;)
