January 12, 2008, 01:51 PMI don't know if you could try this or not, but does it do the same if you use someone else's computer? If so, there has to be some gremlin in your own user setup on the cpod end. That might take another day or two to sort out, being the weekend, but at least you'd know there's nothing you can do about it for now. It's Skype Weekend, remember. Get online, look a few of us up, and cry on our shoulders. You'll get loads of sympathy, I promise! Maybe some Mandarin conversation too.

January 12, 2008, 01:53 PMBut hang on Dave, you can't write here unless you're logged in, so you must be logged in already, no?

January 12, 2008, 02:05 PMThanks Sue. I can log in using mozilla firefox but not when I try to use explorer. The reason why I want to use explorer is because the audio files in the expansion don't work properly on firefox due to some plugin problem relating to Flash.

January 12, 2008, 03:10 PMdave, Regarding your Firefox problem with audio files, I had a similar problem months ago and if my memory is good I think it finally came down to adblocking plugins. If you have any installed try uninstalling them. I have just tried reinstalling Adblock Plus and now a box has appeared over each audio link giving me the option to block the object...so I've uninstalled it again.

January 13, 2008, 06:44 PMHow do you knowl the audio will work in IE if you cant get in? May not be firefox specific, just new. I have some trouble with audio on firefox. In the expansion as I go down the list, audio will quit usually about three quarters of the way to completing them all. I have to exit and come back and then they will work again. IE does not behave this way. what is crm? isnt that some sort of customer relationship management software for sales guys?

January 12, 2008, 10:44 AMI haven't got a clue, but let me try a stab at something. If you happen to be able to see a link to log out, use it. Then close your web browser completely. Then start it up again, and try logging in. If that happens to work, then my guess is that some little part of the server restarted and couldn't figure out your login status, causing internal disagreement and leaving you in limbo. When an error message makes no sense, that's usually because the software doesn't know what to say so it picks something silly enough to alert the humans to its level of discomfort.
