Online Reading software for mac

A question for the group. MDBG has a great scroll over software for reading online articles. But only for Windows - no Mac. Has anyone found something similar for Mac? thanks

There are popup dictionaries for both Firefox and Chrome.  I suppose they would work on a Mac, but not sure as I don't use on.
