Dilu: 对。
John: And at the end we have this 嘛. This isn't the yes/no question 嘛, this is the 'stating the obvious' 嘛.
Dilu:
John: Its obvious.
Dilu:
John: So just now you said 'one of the coworkers 猜'. That's 1st tone, and it means 'to guess'.
Dilu: 对。 猜。
John: And her guess was that the boss did what?

Dilu:
John: 吵架 means 'to get in an argument'.
Dilu: 是的。
John: What are the tones there?
Dilu:
John: So you 跟 somebody 吵架.
Dilu: 对。
John: In this case, the other person is ...
Dilu:
John: So that's the boss's wife?
Dilu: 对。
John: It doesn't mean 'female boss'?

John: I see. But in this case, we're talking about the boss's wife, and she's called ...
Dilu:
John: But the other girl doesn't think that's it.
Dilu:
John: So the two of them are so good together, they couldn't possibly be arguing. How did she say 'the two of them'?

John: Its not 两.
LIA, 3rd tone。
John: And that means
Dilu:
John: So that girl guesses that, what?
Dilu:
John: 生意 means 'business', but how do you explain this whole phrase?

Dilu:
John: 'Talk business' or do some kind of business deal.
Dilu:
John: Could be successful or unsuccessful.
Dilu:
Dilu:
John: So 谈成功.
Dilu: 是的。

John: So her guess is that some kind of business deal didn't succeed - it fell through or something.
John: Is this guy saying that they're bored or boring?
John: 'Are you guys bored or what? You must be really bored if you're [spending time] ...
