John: An apartment.

John: 1st tone, 4th tone. 根据 means 'according to'.
Jenny: 对。那其实我们前面说到的根据您的要求，根据什么什么要求，也是很常用的一个搭配。
John: This is a very common collocation. 根据 means 'in accordance with' or 'according to', and 要求 means 'requirement' or 'demands'.
Jenny: 对。
