Help with '溜溜'

Allmighty forum:

My new cousin-in-law (who seems to be fluent in the latest Chinese 网络用语) said to me via text message: '我勒个去, 姐夫中文溜溜'.

I think this might mean that he is complementing my Chinese, but both the dictionary and Google are not very helpful in confirming this.

I know the first part means something like 'holy cow!'.

Can anyone shed some light on the '溜溜'?
