Negating 以为 ?

Hi bonscott, we don't use 不以为. 不认为 is correct. Usually we use 以为...不... to express negative, like 我以为你不会去.
Interestingly, we do have a 成语 can work in your way but you have to add 然 at the end. 不以为然 means to not agree or negative, like 我们都想加薪，但老板不以为然/ We all wanted a raise, but our boss didn't care about it.

Hi yeongmingwon, 支付 and 付 have the same meaning. 支付 is more formal than the other one.
