App Issues?

Does anyone else have problems downloading the lessons on the app? It says ERROR... Why? And sometimes it just crashes. I rarely use Chinese pod on computer- no time- yet I pay for the service that I yet again- cannot access... Oh Chinesepod...

Are you based on the mainland? i've noticed the site (both desktop and tablet/phone) has been a bit temperamental the last week or so if I try to connect through my standard wifi/3G without any "help".  It's fine otherwise, if a little slow to download the lesson audio.

I had to purchase a VPN to access Chinese Pod lessons... now it works, as long as the Great Firewall of China does not disconnect me...!
