Mobile news site?

I already tried to pose this question yesterday evening from the mobile CPod site, but the post did not materialize:

Does anyone know a Chinese news site or a version of  a Chinese news site that is suitable for viewing with a smartphone/PDA? 

Loading sina.com.cn or similar pages seems a bit scary in a pure mobile environment
