Resveratrol - Polygonum Cuspidatum (Hu Chang or Hu Zhang) in Chinese?

According to wikipedia, it seems you can call it either 逆轉醇 or 白藜蘆醇.

Run that Chinese text through a translator, while editing it down, to make sure you're selecting the right words.

I was trying to get that root here in beijing. Searches on google led me to the pinyin hu chang or hu zhang. I seem not to be able to translate knotweed on google_translate.
