Changing Username Problem

Hello All, 

I have just recently joined Chinesepod and was wondering if anybody could help me solve a technical problem I am experiencing. I can't seem to change my username. Everytime I go to Conversations - Your Profile, and then clicking on Public Profile & Privacy Details, there's no field that shows username for me to edit. Does anyone know how i solve this problem of changing username?

I have emailed chinesepod before, but I have not received an answer. I understand the earthquake situation in China might cause some distractions for workers at Chinesepod.

Hi Leo, You are not alone. This is a known issue and others have asked to be able to change their user name as well. Right now, the only approach seems to be persistence. That is, persistently asking the CPod staff to change it for you. Some folks have had success getting their user name changed after repeated pleas. Hopefully, this conversation thread will help too. Hello Boran, Thanks for your assurance that I am not the only one experiencing this problem. I will try your method and ask Chinesepod to manually change it for me. My utmost appreciation for your help. Leo
