Latest Study Activity

Under the "Community" section, I see a section on the right called "Latest Study Activity" with notes about other students creating vocabulary sets. However I cant seem to figure out how to see these vocabulary sets, or create my own. Are "vocabulary sets" the same as "vocabulary tags" ??
