At the end of the historical movie 见龙卸甲 (the three Kingdom) there some kind of political statement :

天下 合久必分  分久必合  (天下 久合必分 久分必合)

In this world, what was united for a long time should be divided, what was divided for a long time should be united.

Is there was a blunt separatist declaration like 合久必分 in 《三国演义》 ?
