Cheese in China?

This post is all about the topic of cheese...

Though I have been a long-time listener to ChinesePod, I am somewhat new to the community.  But I did have a question for all y'all out there...

Is cheese readily available in China?  What are the kinds of cheeses (if any) that Chinese people eat?  What vocabulary terms surround the topic of cheese?

My wife and I are big fans of ChinesePod and... of cheese.
