Policy of ChinesePod for disappeared Podcasts

What's the policy of ChinesePod about about the Podcasts and the associated transcripts that are no more available on the ChinesePod website since V3 ?

I really liked chinesepod162_F2_20060317 (specially the self-depreciation of Jenny at the end) :

The files are on my computer. Can I send the audio or the audio+transcript to some friends ?

kmkfr, There were several reasons for removing some of the podcasts in the switch over to V3, including audio problems, conflict with the modular lesson ideal we strive for, and non-compliance with the lesson level standards. Those old lessons are a sort of "digital collector's item" now, so treasure them!
