I need HELP!!!!

Hi,

I have signed up for a premium subscription two weeks ago. I think this site offers great resources, but there is this one thing that really bugs me:

- I never get any response when I need help. I emailed CP because I need some sort of receipt or invoice, no answer.

- I emailed because I have trouble downloading my vocab list, no answer.

- I tried to call CP, no luck either.

- I tried to register on the CP-forum, my gmx email address was no deemed not acceptable.

I am really getting frustrated here on my end...

Well posting here is a good idea because I have never experienced where CP has not responded to my emails within 48 hours.. they usually respond within 24 hours but sometimes 48. I'd be happy to send an email to them on your behalf if you don't get a response on this conversation.

Also, regarding the forums, I am the main adminstrator there, so if you'd like to register again and then shoot me a Private Message here on ChinesePOD main site with your username and email that you used, I can activate you immediately. Or did it immediately say that your email address was not allowed when you tried to join? I can also fix that.

Ahh nevermind, I just checked the recent forum applications and saw your name at the top of the list. Your forum application has been approved.

Maybe it's because they sent more than 200000 emails to all poddies announcing the changes beginning sept 1, and their mailboxes are full of answers...

I finally managed to register on the forum, but only with my company email-address which I really don't wanted to do in such a case. But it really feels great to finally get a response from someone. After the CP phone number didn't seem to work I almost felt like in one of those Kafka novels.

The first of my unanswered emails went out two weeks ago so I don't think the 9/1 changes have anything to do with it.

I would like to contact CP staff because of the invoice thing and the issue I have with the XML download of my vocab list.

this is my experience: yesterday, i send a question to cpod and it was answered within 24 hours (so were all my previous questions).

which address do you use? I used the one given below (chinesepod@praxislanguage.com). Today I got so frustrated I even used the one for investor relations!

Hi Friedemann, yes that is the one i used. Have you tried sending the question with a different e-mail address? If the company address works for the forum maybe it also works for the questions? Maybe it is blocked somehow or doesn't get through?
