Chinese words used in Martial Arts

I thought I'd try and research some words relevent to Martial Arts.Please feel free to add any to this thread that you feel is relevent.

Found a good site with many of the terms under many of the styles here 
 
Once at the site, you just need to click on the English word for the style e.g. boxing ,which will open up a list of words relevent to that style.

Sifu is :

师父 shīfù ;from shi 1 for teacher and fu4 for father

As many would know titles in kung fu usually involve a family relationship [as in this case father ].My guess is this probably reflects the tradition that these skills were passed down in families from generation to generation.

I'll have to learn how to post vocabulary lists.Is there a better way of doing this?

I've found a few glossaries of kung fu terms such as this one here but none of them seem to have the tones over the pinyin or the characters.

I know this post doesn't address the existing mandarin vocabulary needs, but it's been awhile since I took Kung Fu.  I've been looking for the poems that you learn in Kung Fu when you learn the Northern Long Fist or 5 animal forms. I remember much of the poems in english, but never learned them in mandarin. 

There's a link to the typical poem for 5 animals here.  Getting this into mandarin is a challenge, but an interesting one.
