寸进尺登鼻子上脸

There's an interesting construction in this video : 寸进尺登鼻子上脸

It puts together the 寸进尺 of 寸进尺退 (advance an inch and retreat a foot) and add 登鼻子上脸 (reject a face-saving solution / make lose face).

Then, for me 寸进尺登鼻子上脸 would mean "the more you speak (develop your idea) the more you offend me".
