Do chinese ghosts really have a measurable body temperature ? ;o)

Would it be offensive to say 比死人还冰凉 instead ?

Actually,no,the Chinese ghosts do not a measurable body temperature.

When 鬼 mentioned in Chinese, sometimes it has something to do with the body, the body is cold,so we can use it to describe the body temperature of someone.

Do not use 死人insteads鬼,it is really impolite and offensive to others. It sounds like a curse.

But some rule woman will use 我那死鬼to call her husband when she talks with athers.
