Chinese poem - 别生气

The other day I was reading a friend's blog and found a picture she'd taken of a beautiful handwritten Chinese poem at a restaurant in Chicago. My husband is an ethnic Chinese from Malaysia and translated it "on-the-go" for me. I really, really liked what he said, and would love to get it written in Englisha and Chinese on my computer. Rather than ask my hubby to do it, however, I thought I'd share it with all of you so we can practice Chinese together. Here's the pic:
