Does this count as Chinglish?

The family and I were hiking along the Great Wall at Mutianyu this past weekend.  A group in front of us was taking a picture.  After the photo was snapped, someone in the group asked the photographer..."OK le ma?"  The photographer's response? "OK ba."

For some reason, that just struck me as so funny...
