November 29, 2008, 02:02 AMThis list always generates controversy. I remember when the algorithm included not only user posts, but posts added to posts authored by that user. Everyone started putting various combinations of Jenny and Amber (I believe pimping is the technical term.) in their post titles to help gain comments/points.
Based upon my own subjective evaluation, if I was to come up with my own MVP (Most Valuable Poster) nominations, they would be Changye (ever-helpful repository of all arcane Chinese literary knowledge) and Goulniky (tireless author of my favorite CPod group, "News"), followed closely by Henning for his insightful views on grammar.

November 28, 2008, 09:42 PMHaha.. yeh.. I did go through a patch when I wasn't posting as much. That was when I was getting some one-on-one lessons via Skype. I'm not doing that any more and I've also found that as my Chinese skills get better, and I have more Chinese friends to ask, I ask less questions.
When I get to a new level of Chinese, I'm sure I will be asking a lot of new questions. :)
