Issue Tracking System for ChinesePod Subscribers

ChinesePod seems to have a sufficient enough user base to warrant an issue tracking system for tech support. This would allow users to track requests and ensure that things don't fall through the cracks.

It seems that there are often forum comments with people reporting broken links, corrupted MP3s and such, which is probably not the best place for them and could easily get missed. As well easy to overlook discussions and individual emails with the amount of discussion and email that re generated daily.

A well-implemented issue tracking system helps to deal with information overload and, as I have experience in my tech support job, allows me to keep track, prioritize, and respond to individual users (overview of issue tracking systems at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Issue_tracking).

Either that, or a well-know, easily accesible, and frequented forum (with a behind-the-scenes issue tracking system), ala www.plecoforums.com
