How to contact chinesePod customer service?

What's the best way to get support from chinesePod for making suggestions, reporting bugs, account difficulties, broken links, etc?

Lately, Emails often go unanswered and conversation threads seem to be a hit-and-miss affair.

My last two conversation threads were attempts at providing input and/or contacting support, but didn't go anywhere (as expected at they weren't threads that users could really answer).

Don't get me wrong I love chinesePod, use it everyday, and recommend that all my friends learning chinese join up. I'm just suprised that there is no easy way to contact customer service (ie. a moderated forum, issue tracking system, etc).

Please note: I didn't create this thread to be a "rant thread". Looking for constructive suggestions.

aszabo, maybe you e-mail got stuck somewhere? When i mailed them for something they replied really fast and i was amazed by their service! Maybe the e-mail got caught in a "spam-filter" and you can try a different one? My experience is that they are very helpful. I hope your issue get solved!

Try the "contact us" link at the bottom right of every page. Inquiries are categorized- from general inquiry, technical, lesson suggestions, you can even file complaints!

I sent subscription inquiries and received a reply in my email the next day.
