How to contact chinesePod customer service?
What's the best way to get support from chinesePod for making suggestions, reporting bugs, account difficulties, broken links, etc?
Lately, Emails often go unanswered and conversation threads seem to be a hit-and-miss affair.
My last two conversation threads were attempts at providing input and/or contacting support, but didn't go anywhere (as expected at they weren't threads that users could really answer).
Don't get me wrong I love chinesePod, use it everyday, and recommend that all my friends learning chinese join up. I'm just suprised that there is no easy way to contact customer service (ie. a moderated forum, issue tracking system, etc).
