Subscription issues?

Hi Guys,

Is any one else is experiencing subscription problems?

I want to bring the following to your attention to prevent more double payments and subscription issues :-)

I bought a one year premium sub a few weeks ago (I like Cpod). Yesterday suddenly all my credits disappeared (over 200$) and it looks like my credit card was charged "for no reason". I am now a “free” user with an expired account in stead of a Premium one. The “new” one month premium expires before my 1 year sub ends, which makes the payment redundant. My premium monthly sub was not recurring as far as I believe, therefore I wonder why my card is charged. Why does the system double a sub?
Yesterday I tried the online chat twice (yes, the button was green), but after the maximum waiting time expired I got disconnected and gave up after waiting a long time :-).
I suspect there is a bug relating to the date (if this is the case this could give you a lot of trouble with other payments). There are two dates in my account. On the profile page it says sub expires “07-12-09” and when I press the $ sign it says expires “07-12-08”. This would explain the double charge.
