I would highly appreciate if anybody can show me how to download the lesson.

If you click on Explore under hte ChiesePod logo----->then you will have tabs at top of your screen. Here you must select your learning level-----> Find the lesson you want to download and click on the name of the lesson---->In the bottom left corner of the next page you will see: "Full Episode MP3 Download". Right Click on this and you should be able to "Save Link As" or "Save As" and target your desktop or iTunes folder. You can also subscribe via iTunes. You can find that information here or simply search for Chinesepod via the iTunes store in the podcast section.
