Need Help :1 on 1 class at which University is good?

I want to choose an university in China that offers 1 on 1 Chinese Language training course to study but I have no idea which university and which city is good in term of teaching quality and convenience of living.

Right now all that I know is that there are 1 on 1 courses  offered at these 3 universities

1.Yunnan Normal University (at Kunming)

2. Shaanxi Normal University (at Xian)

3. Beijing Jiaotong University (at Beijing)

However, I don't know which one is good in term of Teaching Quality and if I want to live conveniently which one is a good choice for me? Or are there any other universities (not a private school) also offers 1 on 1 Chinese Language Training Course?

Is there anyone can advise me?
