Heritage Learners

Hi,

My spoken is much more advanced than my written (and my spoken is only upper intermediate (low level) at best). What are the different methods you guys are doing to get your written and spoken up to speed? Are you studying the written at the elementary/newbie levels and just listening to the upper classes to improve spoken?

Also, do you all have language partners? I often forget vocab after I learn it because I haven't found anyone to practice with.
